A large two-bedroom house with four levels covering all the comforts you need for a holiday home. The house as beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring Islands. This house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, two hug balconies all surrounded by tropical gardens.

This house can sleep four persons, which is suitable for families or a group of friends. The house is located a few minutes away from the beach of Ao Nai Wok and also only a few minutes from the main village, Thong Sala, here you will find restaurants, shops, markets, Tesco, banks and the main pier of Koh Phangan.

Master bedroom has a private balcony with wonderful views looking direct towards the bay and sea. The bedroom has a King bed, Air-Conditioning, drapes on all windows, soft lighting, side tables, all bed linen and open plan wardrobes. The 2nd Bedroom is on the upper floor with King bed, Air-Conditioning, drapes on all windows, soft lighting, side tables, all bed linen and open plan wardrobes and looks over the lounge area with great sea views through the main window.

Two bathrooms! 1 En-suite from the master bedroom and an additional bathroom coming off from the entrance hallway. This bathroom also has a quirky outdoor / indoor shower as well!!

The kitchen is an open plan kitchen with all facilities you could think of, it has everything you need for all your cooking needs! The open plan lounge with seating and TV. Leads onto the master balcony, the kitchen and the bedrooms. Plenty of light and again, great views! The large balconies of one which is a private balcony from the master bedrooms and an additional balcony coming off the lounge area. Both great size space with wonderful views and plenty of room for all to enjoy!

Outdoor area has a large sun deck area with beautiful views looking over the bays – great place to sit and enjoy with a cocktail and chill out! The large back garden area with additional fridge, table and chairs and great space for a BBQ! All surrounded by the properties private gardens as well!
