Koh Phangan is today still known as a great destination for back packers but is becoming an ever increasing destination for people wanting to stay longer on the Island and stay in luxury accommodation. People looking for more luxury accommodation, peace and tranquility on Koh Phangan are getting more options as the Island moves into a five star market. Five star villas will steadily increase across this small Island as the infrastructure of the Island gets better, with the news of the airport being built and the second big supermarket chain Big C opening in the past few months the Island is beginning to move into a new era.
Over the past five months a five bedroom villa has been in construction right next to a private secluded beach. This large five bedroom luxury five star villa with pool and Jacuzzi is only a month away from completion. The villa will be one of the only luxury villas on the Island which has private beach front. The villas location is just outside the small village of Srithanu and located in what probably is the best location in the whole South of Koh Phangan. The villa has explosive views across a wonderful bay here on Koh Phangan and just a few meters walk you can be on a secluded private beach. The villa which is to be named Mermaid beach villa is set to be a real luxury rental home with some great facilities. Some of these facilities include air-conditioning and fans in every room, an infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi and colored lighting, a large living area which has a bar and complete kitchen and will have a massive list of other facilities to make just about anybody happy and have an enjoyable stay. The villa is completely private and is not part of any resort; it is a private villa on a beach.
The price per day of this villa has not been set yet. The villa will sleep 10 people comfortably and have plenty of seating inside and out. The outside has a large dining table with BBQ all under cover with excellent views across the bay and the nearby islands.
